Our Story

Kappa Lambda Psi was originally founded on April 28th, 1989 at Glassboro State College. It was founded by 28 founding sisters with the hopes to be the first sorority to go national since 1916. Their courage to start a new chapter speaks volumes about who they were, and we’re honored to follow in their footsteps. Together, we shall strive for this goal.

To us, Kappa Lambda Psi isn't just an organization... it's a way of life. Our Sorority represents a group of diverse people who always strive for the highest level of excellence, as our founders intended. Shared goals and interests in areas of service, academics and building solid relationships hold our chapter together and define who are we.
